TransTRACK® Technology Summit 2024: Fleet Innovation and Expansion Strategy with Series A Funding of IDR185 Billion

Jakarta (05/09/2024) – TransTRACK is proud to host the TransTRACK Technology Summit 2024, an event to celebrate five years of TransTRACK’s transformation and innovation in optimizing fleets across various industry sectors. The event will take place on 5 September 2024, at Samisara Ballroom, Sopo Del Tower, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, Indonesia. Themed “TRAN5FORM”, the event will mark a milestone and celebrate innovation in fleet management and technology in transportation.

The TransTRACK Technology Summit is Indonesia’s first and largest event on fleet management systems, catering to companies and businesses looking to digitize their fleet operations. The event also provides a comprehensive platform in the form of a conference for industry leaders, professionals, and enthusiasts to gather and exchange insights. The conference aims to foster collaboration and innovation, and offers a unique opportunity to explore winning strategies and cutting-edge technologies essential to building a more productive and solution-oriented transportation network in the region.

Consisting of keynote sessions by expert and prominent speakers such as H.E. Budi Karya Sumadi, Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, and H.E. Sandiaga Uno, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as other speakers who excel in their respective fields who will share in-depth insights and innovative solutions.

In addition to the panel discussion, TransTRACK Technology Summit also has a series of other events such as a product exhibition showcasing TransTRACK’s wide range of fleet management solutions and an appreciation night to recognize partners and customers from various sectors, including mining, finance, public transportation, logistics, ports & marine, plantation & forestry, and industry & services.

In addition, the event was also an important moment for strategic collaboration ceremonies. TransTRACK has signed a Cooperation Agreement for halal logistics systems in Malaysia with Head of Agreement, which aims to strengthen TransTRACK’s position in the Malaysian market with halal compliant solutions. In addition, TransTRACK also announced a strategic technology partnership with YGL World Malaysia. This partnership will facilitate the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions in fleet management and logistics, supporting continuous innovation and global expansion.

Previously, TransTRACK has announced the closing of Series A funding of $12 million or equivalent to Rp185 billion. The funding round was led by Eurazeo and Cocoon Capital, with valuable support from IFP Securities, Eight Star, and AppWorks. This funding is a continuation of the pre-Series A funding round successfully booked last June 2023, amounting to $2.1 million (over Rp31 billion), led by Ortus Star.

With this additional capital, TransTRACK will accelerate its expansion across Southeast Asia. The primary focus will be on deepening penetration in the Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia markets, which are strategic markets with high growth potential for fleet digitization solutions. In addition, TransTRACK will begin exploring new markets in Australia and Taiwan as part of its global expansion strategy.
