TransTRACK Showcases Smart Solutions for Palm Industry Digitalization at PALMEX 2025

palmex 2025

Jakarta, May 14, 2025 – The international palm oil technology exhibition, PALMEX 2025, was officially held today at the Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO) Kemayoran. The event, known as the largest and most influential event in the palm oil sector, is attended by more than 300 international brands from various countries, which showcase the latest technology, equipment and solutions to support the transformation of the global palm oil industry. This year, PALMEX was held on a larger scale than ever before, offering more space for collaboration, technology demonstrations, and business networking.

One of the exhibitors at this year’s show is  TransTRACK, a provider of data-driven technology solutions that focus on operational efficiency and supply chain transparency. Located at Booth Hall A1 & A2 No. 283, TransTRACK introduced the latest innovations specifically designed to address challenges in the palm oil plantation and logistics sector, ranging from fleet and driver monitoring, to security systems and fuel management.

In its booth, TransTRACK showcased its Fleet Management System (FMS) system that allows palm oil companies to monitor vehicle movements in real-time. With this technology, companies can ensure optimal fleet routes, avoid wasting time and fuel, and increase productivity in transporting crops from plantations to mills or ports.

In addition, TransTRACK also introduced the Driver Monitoring System (DMS) – a camera-based driver monitoring system and artificial intelligence capable of detecting risky behaviors, such as drowsiness, distraction, or using mobile phones while driving. This feature is important for improving safety in the field, as well as reducing accident rates and asset damage in operational sectors that often operate in remote areas.

Complementing the transportation solution, TransTRACK also features the Transport Management System (TMS) and Order Planning modules that help companies automatically plan shipments and allocate loads based on fleet capacity, destination points, and operational priorities. The system is designed to simplify complex logistics processes, while improving distribution accuracy and efficiency.

To ensure cargo security, TransTRACK presents E-Seal, an electronic seal solution that can be installed on containers or transport trucks. With E-Seal, companies can monitor the status of the seal in real-time and receive notifications in the event of a breach or illegal opening during transit. This is crucial in maintaining product integrity and preventing leakage or manipulation of the cargo.

Another feature that attracted visitors was the  Fuel Monitoring system with Flowmeter, which is increasingly required for tank vehicles transporting palm oil products from refineries. With high accuracy, the system is able to measure fuel consumption in real-time, prevent theft, and provide analytical reports that can be used for operational cost optimization.

With a comprehensive and integrated solution, TransTRACK demonstrates its commitment in supporting the digitalization of the palm oil industry from upstream to downstream. The technology offered not only improves efficiency and safety, but also paves the way for operational transparency and sustainability, which are now top priorities in the modern agribusiness industry.

During the two-day PALMEX 2025 event, visitors were able to see live demonstrations of TransTRACK’s technology, discuss with the team of experts, and gain strategic insights on the implementation of digital systems in the plantation sector. As a token of appreciation, TransTRACK also distributed exclusive merchandise to booth visitors while supplies last.
