This award affirms the role of TransTRACK Malaysia's Halal Logistics Platform (HLP) as an end-to-end digital verification solution for maintaining halal integrity throughout the logistics process.
Johor, Malaysia, December 12, 2025 — TransTRACK, a technology company (tech enabler) that focuses on supporting fleet operational digitization through fleet operation optimizer and supply chain integrator solutions based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), through its entity in Malaysia, Indo Trans Teknologi Sdn. Bhd., announced its success in winning the Halal Logistics Excellence Award at the World Halal Excellence Awards 2024 (WHEA 2024) in Johor. This annual global award ceremony organized by the Halal Development Corporation (HDC) reaffirms TransTRACK’s position as a strategic partner in innovation, leadership, and operational quality improvement for the halal industry in Malaysia and around the world.
The award was presented directly by the Chief Minister of Johor, Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi, together with the Chief Executive of HDC, Datuk Azhari Shaari. This recognition reflects TransTRACK’s increasingly significant role in strengthening halal integrity and supply chain transparency through technology, particularly the Halal Logistics Platform (HLP), which is designed to ensure halal compliance in transportation, storage, and distribution processes through comprehensive data, verification, and traceability systems.
TransTRACK Malaysia, established in 2023 as Indo Trans Teknologi Sdn. Bhd., was entrusted by PIJ Halal Venture Sdn. Bhd. (PHV) in 2024 as a technology integrator to develop HLP, in line with the strategic mission of Johor and Malaysia to build a globally competitive halal ecosystem.
WHEA 2024 also reinforces Malaysia’s role in the global halal economy, in line with HDC’s projection that the halal sector will exceed US$5 trillion by 2030. With its strategic geographical position, strong infrastructure, and rapidly developing industrial ecosystem, Johor continues to strengthen its position as a key hub in the global halal trade route and is driving digitalization and operational efficiency in the halal logistics sector.

Anggia Meisesari, Founder & CEO of TransTRACK, stated, “The Halal Logistics Excellence Award at WHEA 2024 confirms that halal integrity must now be integrated directly into operational systems that are measurable, auditable, and verifiable through data. Our HLP enables the creation of a digital trust system that supports regulators, industry players, and consumers through comprehensive halal compliance, from manufacturing and transportation to storage and distribution.”
Anggia also emphasized that the initiative in Johor could serve as an important reference for other regions. “It is an honor for TransTRACK to be trusted as a technology integrator supporting Johor’s halal system, including integration with trade infrastructure and cross-agency workflows. What we are building in Johor can serve as a model for strengthening halal logistics integrity that can be expanded to various regions.”
HLP is designed to ensure halal compliance through digital verification, audit trails, automatic alerts for potential violations, and a compliance dashboard that makes it easy for stakeholders to monitor the movement of halal-certified products quickly and accurately.
Aris Pujud Kurniawan, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of TransTRACK, emphasized that the platform’s engineering approach focuses on integrity and governance. “Halal logistics requires more than just claims of compliance. Structured controls are needed. We translate halal requirements into measurable operational parameters, supported by real-time monitoring and verifiable records. HLP is the digital foundation for ensuring halal integrity, enhancing business trust, and strengthening governance through transparency, accountability, and operational discipline.”
Going forward, TransTRACK aims to become a regional digital halal integrator and set new standards for technology-based halal logistics systems that can be implemented in various countries, thereby supporting international trust, facilitating trade readiness, and enhancing integrity throughout the supply chain.
The halal industry continues to grow, where trust, integrity, quality, and sustainability are inseparable elements of competitiveness. This award encourages us to continue strengthening the system that supports the halal ecosystem.
