TransTRACK Promotes Halal Logistics Digital Transformation Through Halal Logistics Platform (HLP) at Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF 2025)

Jakarta, October 17, 2025 – TransTRACK, a technology company (tech enabler) focused on digitizing vehicle fleet operations through fleet operation optimizer and supply chain integrator solutions based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), once again demonstrated its commitment to driving halal logistics digital transformation at the Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF 2025).
Founder & CEO of TransTRACK, Anggia Meisesari, reaffirmed this commitment through the Halal Logistics Platform (HLP) initiative — a digital solution based on IoT, AI, and blockchain designed to maintain halal integrity at every stage of the supply chain, from transportation and storage to distribution of halal products.

Anggia called 2024 an important moment for the revival of the halal logistics industry in Indonesia. TransTRACK, according to her, fully supports the government’s policy on mandatory halal certification, which has proven successful in driving a significant increase in the number of certified logistics companies—now reaching more than 1,039 companies.
By comparison, in 2022 there was only one halal-certified logistics company in Indonesia. That number increased to 48 companies in 2023 and jumped rapidly in 2024. This indicates that the market and regulators now demand a halal traceability system that is transparent, real-time, and digitally integrated.
“We have seen a major shift in how the industry perceives halal since the certification requirement came into effect in October 2024. Previously, halal was considered an added value, but now it has become a business requirement—part of an operational system that must be thoroughly verified, not just a logo on the packaging,” explained Anggia.
Seeing this development, Anggia sees a great opportunity for TransTRACK to support government policy through the implementation of HLP in Indonesia. This system enables comprehensive digital verification, equipped with a halal audit trail, an automatic alert system when protocol violations occur, and a compliance dashboard that monitors all halal product distribution activities.
The HLP system has already been implemented in Malaysia, through a strategic partnership with PIJ Halal Ventures in support of the Malaysia Halal Industry Master Plan 2030. “We are proud to be trusted as a technology integrator in the development of HLP for the halal system in the state of Johor — covering manufacturing, transportation, and integration with port and customs systems,” said Anggia.
Although it has not yet been fully implemented in Indonesia, the project in Malaysia has become a model and learning laboratory for TransTRACK. Anggia is optimistic that this experience will provide an opportunity to test the system in real time, including inter-agency integration, digital verification, and incident response mechanisms in the field.
“For us, HLP is not just a technological product, but a digital trust system. In the future, it is this trust that will distinguish between ordinary halal products and halal products that can be truly proven through data and transparency. We believe this experience will serve as a strong foundation for the digitization of the national halal supply chain,” concluded Anggia.TransTRACK has a grand vision to not only become a halal digital platform, but also a new standard for digital halal integrators at the regional level, which can be implemented in member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and Indonesia’s trading partners. In the future, it is not only halal products that will be a source of pride, but also Indonesia’s halal digital system, which can be exported and used as a global benchmark.
