TransTRACK Officially Signs Joint SOP with DJBC – KPPBC Tanjung Emas to Strengthen the National E-Seal System and Support Logistics Digitalization and Transparency in Import/Export Supervision

TransTRACK Resmi Menandatangani SOP Bersama DJBC – KPPBC Tanjung Emas untuk Memperkuat Sistem E-Seal Nasional dan Mendukung Digitalisasi Logistik serta Transparansi Pengawasan Impor/Ekspor

This signing is a strategic step in accelerating the transformation of customs services through the implementation of a more secure, transparent, and efficient E-Seal for import and export supervision. This system utilizes AI and IoT technology and is directly connected to the Service Computer System (SKP).

Semarang, December 01, 2025TransTRACK, a technology company that acts as a fleet operation optimizer and supply chain integrator based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), has officially signed a Joint Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC), KPPBC Tanjung Emas. This SOP is part of the Work Instruction (ISK) for the implementation of E-Seal for the transportation of imported and exported goods, replacing physical seals with electronic seals that enable real-time monitoring of the position and status of containers through a system approved by Customs and Excise.

In the SOP, E-Seal is defined as a digital technology electronic seal connected to an official system approved by Customs and Excise Officials. Its implementation includes obligations such as the use of E-Seal devices on containers, integration with SKP, uploading proof of installation and removal, and reporting disruptions within a specified time limit.

This SOP also stipulates that Service Users—ranging from importers, exporters, transportation companies, TPS operators, to other businesses involved in the customs process—must have approval documents such as BC 1.2, PLP, or off-area customs storage permits before submitting an E-Seal request to the provider. On the other hand, providers such as TransTRACK are responsible for ensuring the availability of devices, reliable performance, stable system integration, handling of problem reports, and provision of technical documentation as stated in the work contract.

The SOP also requires each shipment to have a Route Plan containing the travel route, geofence, estimated distance, and travel time. E-Seals must periodically send their location via Location Sharing Interval to ensure that the goods remain within the geofence area. The process of installing and removing the E-Seal and uploading the documentation to the SKP must be carried out in accordance with operational norms: installation takes a maximum of 5 minutes, uploading photos of the installation takes 10 minutes, removal takes 5 minutes, and uploading photos of the removal takes 10 minutes.

Anggia Meisesari, Founder and CEO of TransTRACK, emphasized the importance of this collaboration for improving national logistics governance. “TransTRACK is committed to supporting Customs digitalization through the implementation of standardized E-Seals in this official SOP. Integration with SKP ensures more transparent and accurate monitoring. With the support of IoT and AI, our solutions not only improve security but also accelerate logistics service flows and reduce potential irregularities,” said Anggia.

Tri Utomo Hendro Wibowo, Head of the Tanjung Emas Customs Office, emphasized the important role of E-Seal in modernizing public services. “This Work Instruction demonstrates our commitment to providing professional, accountable, and transparent customs services. With this Joint SOP, E-Seal monitoring can be carried out in real-time and efficiently without hindering the smooth flow of goods,” he explained.

As an E-Seal provider that has been integrated with the customs system, TransTRACK presents TransTRACK E-Seal, which meets all requirements in the Customs SOP. Its main features include real-time tracking, anti-tampering technology, full integration with SKP through the Fleet Management System, cargo tracker mode, forced opening detection, lock-unlock options via application/RFID/Bluetooth, and a battery that can last up to 7 days.

The signing of this Joint SOP strengthens the collaboration between TransTRACK and DJBC KPPBC Tanjung Emas in realizing a more modern, efficient, secure, and accountable container surveillance system. E-Seal TransTRACK plays an important role in accelerating national logistics digitalization while supporting the improvement of customs service integrity and compliance.
