TransTRACK Academy is now strengthening its commitment in developing logistics human resources through the Digital Supply Chain class. In the early stages, the main focus of this program is learning the “Logistic Action Plan” which has been running on August 13, 2025. This was followed by the Transportation & Distribution Management program, which is designed to produce talents with the ability to plan, monitor, and optimize product distribution effectively and efficiently with the support of digital technology.
The Transportation & Distribution Management (Batch 1) program takes place in 1 intensive session of 360 minutes, with a curriculum formulated to combine theory, practice, and the use of cutting-edge software and hardware. The objective of the training is to provide technical knowledge on methods that support distribution planning and control, while equipping participants with skills in managing fleet operations based on information technology.
The training material covers three main aspects. First, Distribution Transport Model, where participants will learn Routing and Scheduling Modeling and Routing Best Practice Algorithm to understand the basis of optimal distribution planning. Second, Routing and Scheduling Planning using Information Technology, which includes the use of GPS and online-GIS technology for data collection, route analysis using desktop GIS, and Logware: Router Module in modern distribution planning. Third, Routing and Scheduling Monitoring using Information Technology, where participants were trained to use Vehicle Tracking, Global Positioning Technology, to software and hardware integration such as Google Earth, Logware: Router Module, and Garmin-GPS.
As an added value, participants of this program will gain access to CILT (The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) certification, a globally recognized international certification in transportation and logistics. The presence of this certification not only strengthens participants’ technical competence, but also enhances their professional credibility in facing the challenges of an increasingly competitive logistics industry.
TransTRACK Founder & CEO, Anggia Meisesari, explained that the focus on Digital Supply Chain, especially in the aspect of Transportation & Distribution Management, is an important step in supporting the improvement of national logistics competitiveness. “Effective and efficient distribution is the backbone of the supply chain. Through this training, we want to create professionals who are able to integrate technology in distribution planning and monitoring, so that logistics costs can be reduced and productivity increased.”
TransTRACK’s Co-Founder & CTO, Aris Pujud Kurniawan, added that technology-based learning is at the core of the program. “Participants not only learn theory, but also hands-on practice using the latest digital tools. With this approach, we want to ensure Digital Supply Chain professionals are ready to face increasingly complex industry challenges.”
Meanwhile, Budi Santosa, Head of TransTRACK Academy, emphasized that the Digital Supply Chain program is open to students, professionals, and industry practitioners who want to improve their competencies. “This training is currently ongoing and will continue to be open on an ongoing basis. For participants who enroll in the middle of the training period, they will automatically enter the next batch. With this system, each prospective participant has the flexibility to continue learning at their own pace without missing an opportunity.”
Through the Transportation & Distribution Management program, TransTRACK Academy reinforces its position not only as a provider of digital solutions for logistics, but also as a talent development institution that is relevant to the needs of modern industry. Participants who complete this training also have the opportunity to join TransTRACK to support the big mission of transforming Indonesia’s supply chain to a more efficient, transparent, and technology-based direction.
