Entering Its 7th Year, TransTRACK Strengthens Global Expansion and Delivers Technology-Driven Fleet Intelligence Solutions

Jakarta (April 16, 2026) — As it enters its seventh year of operation, TransTRACK is marking a new phase of growth by accelerating its expansion into global markets, in response to the growing need for efficiency and digitalization in the logistics and transportation industries.

Since its founding in 2019, TransTRACK has continued to grow as a technology enabler in fleet operations digitalization. As it marks its 7th anniversary, the company is increasingly optimistic about expanding its reach into Southeast Asia and the Middle East—two regions with complex operational dynamics and a high demand for technology-based fleet intelligence solutions.

Anggia Meisesari, Co-Founder and CEO of TransTRACK, stated that the company’s seventh year marks a pivotal moment for accelerating global expansion. TransTRACK is not only focused on expansion but also on ensuring that every solution it offers can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each country.

To date, TransTRACK has established a presence in various countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and several Middle Eastern nations such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar. In the near future, the company plans to expand further into Vietnam and Thailand, as well as extend its reach in the Middle East to Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Over the past seven years, we have earned the trust of more than 1,500 clients across various industries. TransTRACK provides Fleet Management System solutions and supply chain integration powered by GPS, AI, and IoT to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and productivity. Our services include real-time vehicle tracking, driver behavior analysis, fuel management, and fleet maintenance.

This growth has been accompanied by industry recognition. According to a report by Berg Insight, TransTRACK has ranked among the top three fleet management solution providers in Southeast Asia for two consecutive years—an achievement that strengthens the company’s position amid the global logistics industry’s transformation.

As the industry evolves, TransTRACK recognizes that fleet management has shifted from simple tracking to data-driven decision-making and artificial intelligence. To address this need, the company has developed a platform based on IoT, AI, robotics, and data analytics that provides real-time operational visibility and control.

Aris Pujud Kurniawan, Co-Founder and CTO of TransTRACK, emphasized that the technology developed is designed to be flexible, hardware-agnostic, and easy to integrate. With the support of AI-powered analytics such as safety scoring, predictive maintenance, and carbon intelligence, TransTRACK helps clients improve efficiency while managing risks more effectively.

From a business perspective, TransTRACK’s performance also shows solid growth. Throughout 2025, the company recorded revenue of approximately US$45 million through a recurring-revenue business model, supported by a gross margin of around 73 percent, a net margin of around 20 percent, and a low churn rate of 0.6 percent.

TransTRACK’s Group CFO, Lim Boon Wei, emphasized that this success was driven by a measured and sustainable growth strategy. The recurring revenue model provides long-term revenue visibility while enabling the company to expand in a disciplined manner and maintain profitability.

Looking ahead, TransTRACK aims to expand into more than 10 countries and penetrate 10 key industrial sectors by 2028. The company is focusing on the maritime, mining, and plantation sectors—segments with significant market potential, high contract values, and strong customer loyalty.

To support this initiative, TransTRACK has adopted a locally adaptive technology deployment approach, ensuring that each solution can be tailored to the operational conditions, regulations, and level of digital maturity in each country. Operational capabilities are further strengthened through proactive monitoring, the implementation of guaranteed SLAs, and the development of a customer success framework.

As part of its long-term commitment, TransTRACK also continues to invest in talent development through the TransTRACK Academy, and is establishing Singapore as a regional hub to manage its expansion in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

This seventh-anniversary celebration serves as a reflection on TransTRACK’s journey and a reaffirmation of its commitment to continue innovating, expanding its impact, and building a more efficient, integrated, and sustainable digital logistics ecosystem on a global scale.
