In a webinar entitled “The World of Land Transportation: AO Group’s Successful Management Strategy with Fleet Telematics” which took place today, AO Group and TransTRACK shared their experiences, ups and downs, and management strategies that have been the key to their success for three decades.

Since its inception, AO Group has been known for its superior door-to-door and pool-to-pool services in the fields of tour transportation, shuttle buses, and package delivery. To date, AO Group has operated a fleet of around 60-70 units, consisting of minibuses, medium buses, and big buses. This year, the company again expanded its capabilities by adding 10 new units allocated to existing routes, to increase service capacity. However, this growth also brought new challenges, such as the need for more complex fleet management and increased services at the end of the year.
