Jakarta, December 17, 2025 — Anggia Meisesari, Founder & CEO of TransTRACK, emphasized the importance of digital transformation as the key to reducing national logistics costs during the Industry 360 session on Nusantara TV on Wednesday (12/17), entitled “It’s Time for Indonesian Logistics to Become Super Efficient.”
On this occasion, it was reported that Indonesia’s logistics costs currently stand at around 14.29% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), while the national target is 12%. According to Anggia, this challenge can only be addressed through the implementation of integrated and sustainable logistics technology.
“In Southeast Asia, there are quite a number of logistics technology players, but not all of them offer end-to-end solutions. TransTRACK is here to bridge the gap between logistics operations and supply chain needs in a single integrated digital ecosystem,” said Anggia Meisesari, Founder & CEO of TransTRACK.
Anggia explained that the development of the TransTRACK solution was driven by three main factors, namely the country’s need for logistics digitization, the scalability and reliability of TransTRACK technology which was strengthened through strategic partnerships, and the company’s commitment to making a positive impact on Indonesia and other countries through increased energy efficiency and the application of green technology.
This strategy boosted TransTRACK’s performance with business growth reaching 344%, which Anggia believes is inseparable from the strength of the TransTRACK brand, the reliability of the platform, and the 24/7 customer success service support for users.
Looking ahead, TransTRACK sees significant opportunities in the coming years in accelerating logistics digitization, improving operational safety, and energy efficiency, including deeper expansion into the maritime industry. Anggia emphasized that compliance with International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards is a key requirement for every ship, and TransTRACK’s technology is designed to support compliance with these standards.
The role of IoT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in every TransTRACK product was also highlighted in the discussion. IoT functions to display and collect data in real time, while AI is used to analyze data to support risk prevention and more effective fleet and vehicle maintenance.
In the regional context, TransTRACK implements a unified product strategy with customization according to each country’s regulations. In Malaysia, TransTRACK developed the Halal Logistics Platform (HLP), which has complemented halal regulations since 2019 and has been integrated with the JAKIM platform. Anggia emphasized that the TransTRACK platform is different from halal certification because it focuses on digital monitoring and verification of logistics processes.
For the mining sector, Anggia highlighted the biggest challenge in terms of drivers. Through the Driver Monitoring System (DMS), TransTRACK helps companies monitor driver behavior in real time, equipped with an early warning system to improve work safety.
In addition, TransTRACK continues to develop its products through international collaboration, including cooperation on R&D in Australia to deliver more adaptive technological innovations. TransTRACK’s participation in Qatar Marine & Offshore 2025 with its Vessel Monitoring System also received positive responses and opened up great opportunities in the global maritime sector.
At the national level, E-Seal TransTRACK has been appointed by Customs to support logistics monitoring with the advantage of wider area coverage.
Closing the Industry 360 session, Anggia Meisesari expressed her hope that by the end of the year, the number of accidents and fraud in logistics travel can continue to be reduced. “Through TransTRACK technology, we want to help companies create safer, more efficient, and sustainable logistics operations,” concluded Anggia.
