TransTRACK’s Fifth Year: Annual Revenue Surges 344%, Fleet Operations Transformation Continues

The year 2023 marked an extraordinary period of growth and expansion for TransTRACK, particularly in Southeast Asia.

Jakarta, 19 April 2024 – TransTRACK, a tech-enabler startup company that focuses on digitalizing fleet operations through fleet operation optimizer and supply chain integrator solutions, celebrates its 5th anniversary with extraordinary achievements highlighted by its performance in 2023. TransTRACK’s annual revenue grew by 344% compared to the previous year, and customer fleet units increased by 214%. Additionally, TransTRACK saw an average monthly revenue growth of 14% and a corresponding 12% increase in the average monthly number of customer fleet units. This momentum solidifies TransTRACK’s position in Indonesia’s technology industry landscape, transforming various sectors by improving efficiency and optimizing transportation and logistics activities with Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Established in 2019 with just 12 employees operating in Jakarta and Bandung, TransTRACK now spans 110 cities across Indonesia and has expanded to Southeast Asia, with a presence in 30 cities in Malaysia and initiating operations in Singapore in March 2023, boasting a team of over 200 employees. Throughout 2023, TransTRACK saw a 74% increase in customers, exceeding 1,100 in number, and managed more than 135,000 fleet units, reflecting a 214% growth from the previous year. Moreover, in early 2023, TransTRACK secured Pre-Series A funding of USD2.1 million (approximately IDR 32 billion).
