TransTRACK and We + Bring Safety Management System on the Trip

Jakarta (25/04/2024) – Safety is the top priority when traveling. However, many things are needed to maintain safety itself. This time Rifki Darmawan as VP of Sales & International Affairs from  TransTRACK together with Sigit Hananto as Head Operation of We+ held a webinar entitled, “Safe Travel with Safety Management” to review how to manage a good safety management system.

A little about We+, We+ itself is an Insure Tech company engaged in insurance since 2018 with OJK approval as a “Digital Insurance Brokerage Service”. There are various services, ranging from micro insurance, corporates, to credit & finance. Users can make We+ insurance claims online and can be withdrawn through Alfamart throughout Indonesia is one of the advantages of We+ itself.

With 87% of accidents caused by human error, TransTRACK and We+ want to implement a better safety management system. We+ is currently working with TransTRACK for Personal Accident in the form of We Care accident compensation. Which, this compensation will be given to those who use a fleet with installed equipment from TransTRACK.

This accident compensation is given to those who experience death and permanent disability for a maximum of 50 million, a maximum of 5 million for medical expenses for those who experience minor injuries, and a maximum of 5 million for funeral compensation. The compensation is provided for a maximum of 3 people per incident.

TransTRACK is the first and only fleet telematics provider in Indonesia to provide accident compensation based on the TransTRACK GPS tool. Please note, accident compensation from TransTRACK will be given to users / companies that use TransTRACK tools, not to victims directly because those who use the tools are companies. Later the company can directly distribute the compensation to victims who have an accident.

In addition to accident compensation, safety management system solutions are also implemented through flagship safety features on TransTRACK equipment. There is  Driver Monitoring System (DMS) which contains Driver Behavior to find out the driver’s habits such as smoking, turning right and left when driving, closing their eyes, and others, then there is Driver Fatigue to warn the driver’s fatigue in the form of a buzzer sound, 360 camera to find out the front, side, and back of the fleet, CCTV Camera for the situation inside the fleet, Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for detecting blind spots, collisions, and distance with other vehicles, and Panic Button which is used in case of an emergency.

Each of these flagship safety features can be used in a variety of fleets such as buses, passenger cars, trucks, and others. These features can be added according to the needs of the user or the fleet itself.
