Balikpapan (23/10/2024) – TransTRACK was present at the 21st Indonesian Fire & Rescue Challenge (IFRC) which took place at Garuda Rescue Nusantara (GRN), KM 13, Balikpapan, from July 23 to 29, 2024. As an innovative solution provider in fleet management and supply chain integration, TransTRACK is committed to supporting operational safety and efficiency in the mining sector.
TransTRACK offers a range of advanced features designed to assist companies in better managing their fleets and supply chains. One of our key features is the Fleet Management System (FMS), which enables real-time fleet management. With this system, users can monitor vehicle locations, manage maintenance schedules, and analyze fleet performance data. This not only reduces the risk of downtime but also improves operational productivity.
We also offer the Driver Monitoring System (DMS), which serves to monitor driver behavior in real time. The DMS is equipped with technology that can detect risky driving behavior, such as sudden acceleration and hard braking. With this information, the company can provide additional training to drivers to improve safety in the field and reduce the likelihood of accidents.
To ensure that vehicles and equipment operate in optimal condition, our Vehicle Maintenance System (VMS) provides planned maintenance solutions. With VMS, companies can schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs in a timely manner, minimizing downtime that can disrupt operations. In addition, regular and planned maintenance can extend the life of heavy vehicles and machinery, reducing unexpected replacement and repair costs.
Our Transportation Management System (TMS) focuses on improving shipment coordination and planning. TMS assists companies in planning the transportation of raw materials and products more efficiently, thereby reducing transportation costs and improving delivery reliability. With in-depth data analysis, TMS enables managers to make better decisions in choosing routes and delivery methods, ensuring that all necessary materials are available on time at the required locations.
In the context of busy operations, Truck Appointment System (TAS) is essential for improving efficiency. TAS simplifies the scheduling process for loading and unloading, reducing waiting time for vehicles at the mine site. With this system, the company can better manage schedules, reduce congestion and increase productivity in the loading and unloading areas. This has a direct impact on reducing operational costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
TransTRACK also understands the importance of sustainability in mining operations. Therefore, we implement solutions that assist companies in reducing their carbon footprint. By monitoring fuel consumption and analyzing related data, companies can identify areas for better energy efficiency and take steps to reduce emissions.
During the IFRC event, visitors at the TransTRACK booth will have the opportunity to try out our various features first-hand. We believe that this practical experience will provide a better insight into how our technology can be integrated into the daily operations of mining companies.
We are excited to share our innovations and forge partnerships that can improve safety and efficiency in this sector. With the right technology and a deep understanding of the industry’s needs, TransTRACK is committed to being a reliable partner for companies to improve their operational performance.
We invite all participants and visitors to visit our booth at IFRC and see for themselves how TransTRACK can provide the best solutions to the challenges faced in the mining industry. Together, we can create a safer and more efficient work environment for all.
