Doha, Qatar, November 21, 2025 — In an effort to strengthen its market penetration in the Middle East region, TransTRACK—a technology company focused on fleet operation optimization and supply chain integration based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)—is presenting its integrated maritime solutions at the Marine & Offshore Qatar 2025 at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, Qatar. This participation continues TransTRACK’s exploration of the same region last year through the Fleet Safety & Sustainable Mobility Summit 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Marine & Offshore Qatar International Expo & Conference 2025 is one of the most prestigious maritime exhibitions in the region, bringing together ship owners, offshore operators, energy companies, port authorities, and global technology providers. This year’s event continues to focus on accelerating the digitalization of the maritime industry—from operational efficiency and supply chain transparency to enhanced security—as the demand for technology grows to support the expansion of Qatar’s oil, gas, and offshore activities.
TransTRACK’s presence at the event received a positive response through an official visit from the Indonesian Embassy in Qatar. Ridwan Hassan, Indonesian Ambassador to Qatar, said, “We appreciate TransTRACK’s participation in this international exhibition. As an Indonesian technology company, TransTRACK is capable of providing superior and internationally competitive technology-based solutions. TransTRACK’s innovations have successfully improved operational efficiency and safety, including in the maritime sector. We hope that through its participation in this exhibition, TransTRACK will become even more successful, continue to grow, build networks, and explore new opportunities.”
Anggia Meisesari, Founder & CEO of TransTRACK, said, “TransTRACK’s participation in this event reaffirms our commitment to providing digital solutions that can accelerate maritime transformation, support offshore exploration activities, and strengthen cross-stakeholder data integration in the modern maritime industry.”
Anggia added, “The growing demand for maritime services in Qatar has encouraged us to strengthen digital innovation in the marine & offshore sector, in line with the national priorities outlined in Qatar National Vision 2030 (QNV2030) and National Development Strategy 3 (NDS3), which emphasize energy efficiency, optimization of offshore operations, and acceleration of the digitalization of strategic industries. With Qatar’s focus on building a more modern and sustainable maritime ecosystem, we believe the future of this sector depends on the ability to intelligently connect data, processes, and assets, and TransTRACK is ready to play an important role in supporting this transformation.”
Aris Pujud Kurniawan, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of TransTRACK, said, “By participating in this event, we want to better understand the specific needs of the Middle East market, particularly the marine & offshore sector in Qatar. With the use of IoT and AI, TransTRACK technology has been proven to increase fleet productivity by up to 40% and reduce operational costs by up to 30%. This is achieved through our Vessel Monitoring System, which enables real-time vessel monitoring with integrated position tracking, fuel consumption monitoring, and engine performance monitoring. This solution is highly relevant for offshore operations that require high efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.”
Regionally, Qatar and other Middle Eastern countries are entering a phase of major transformation in transportation, logistics, and the marine & offshore sectors. In line with QNV2030 and NDS3, local governments are promoting energy efficiency, emission reduction, digitalization, and increased national logistics competitiveness. Studies by PwC Middle East and McKinsey show that Qatar continues to strengthen its investment in technologies such as IoT, automation, digital fleet management, and smart port systems to improve supply chain integration and maritime operations effectiveness.
However, this region still faces major challenges, such as the vastness of the logistics network, high operational costs, and the need to serve industrial and offshore areas that are located far from distribution centers. The International Road Transport Union (IRU) report highlights that supply chain fragmentation remains a major obstacle, while the World Bank Logistics Performance Index indicates the need for improved digital capabilities and operational integration in order to achieve the QNV2030 and NDS3 targets. Therefore, the use of advanced technology and sustainable solutions remains key to strengthening the efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of Qatar’s maritime sector as a regional and global logistics hub.

TransTRACK’s presence at the Marine & Offshore Qatar 2025 also confirms the company’s contribution in bringing Indonesian maritime technology to the international stage. TransTRACK brings real-time vessel monitoring solutions through its Vessel Monitoring System, which integrates position tracking, fuel consumption monitoring, and engine performance monitoring. In addition, TransTRACK also showcases the capabilities of its Bunker Monitoring System, which ensures accurate and transparent fuel transfer processes through the use of Coriolis flow meters and pressure and temperature sensors. There is also a Cargo Tank Monitoring System designed to monitor the condition and status of cargo tanks on ships or terminals. On the other hand, the Port Surveillance System was also introduced as a port surveillance solution based on CCTV and AIS Receiver connected to the I-Motion DJPL platform to improve port security and operational visibility.
Various case studies and field implementations also demonstrate how TransTRACK solutions have helped global partners reduce operational costs, improve safety, and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations. All of these achievements strengthen TransTRACK’s position as a pioneer in maritime technology that is ready to compete and contribute to the development of the global ecosystem.
