Pekanbaru (07/08/2025) – TransTRACK is present at the 3rd Sawit Indonesia Expo & Conference (SIEXPO) 2025, a prestigious exhibition that is taking place at the Pekanbaru Convention & Exhibition Center from August 7 to 9, 2025. Amidst the enthusiasm of palm oil industry players from all over Indonesia, TransTRACK occupying Booth 91, introduced integrated digital solutions specifically designed to support efficiency, safety, and sustainability in logistics and fleet management in the palm oil sector.
TransTRACK brings a range of solutions based on IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data analytics that have been proven to help companies in the agricultural and logistics sectors improve overall operational performance. Some of the featured solutions currently on display at SIEXPO 2025 include:
At SIEXPO 2025, TransTRACK introduced the Fleet Management System (FMS) which is specifically designed for the needs of FFB (fresh fruit bunches) and CPO (crude palm oil) distribution in the palm oil plantation sector. Through this system, businesses can monitor fleets in real-time, track vehicle positions, manage delivery routes, and analyze driver behavior in one integrated dashboard. Features such as geofencing, driver behavior monitoring, and fuel usage tracking help companies prevent irregularities in the field, reduce operational costs, and improve compliance with SOPs.
In addition, TransTRACK presents Cargo Monitoring & Temperature Sensor technology, which is a smart sensor installed on a trailer or transport truck unit. This sensor is capable of detecting the temperature, humidity, and physical condition of the cargo during the journey, including excessive shaking or opening of doors outside the safety zone. This feature is essential to maintain the quality of CPO or fertilizer during shipment, as well as provide early notification in case of potential misuse or manipulation of the cargo.
In terms of security, TransTRACK brings the IoT-based E-Seal solution, a digital electronic seal that provides an additional layer of protection to containers or cargo bins. The E-Seal is integrated with a GPS tracking system and opening sensors, so that every attempt to open the load will be recorded and notified instantly to the central dashboard. This prevents theft on the road (such as bootlegging), and supports an audit trail for proof of delivery.
TransTRACK also features AI-Powered Route Optimization which automatically devises the most efficient route for the transport fleet, based on road conditions, collection points, and travel time. This feature can cut travel time, reduce fuel consumption, and minimize the risk of vehicle damage due to poor terrain.
All data generated from fleets, drivers, and loads are processed in a centralized analytics dashboard that can be accessed in the cloud. Through data visualization and automated reports, companies can make faster decisions, optimize operations, and monitor fleet and driver KPIs. This dashboard can also be integrated directly with the company’s ERP system to support a more efficient and data-driven workflow.
Through its presence at SIEXPO 2025, TransTRACK emphasizes its commitment in supporting the digital transformation of the Indonesian palm oil industry. The technology presented not only increases efficiency, but also helps industry players comply with the safety, sustainability, and supply chain transparency standards that the global market now demands.
TransTRACK invites all SIEXPO 2025 visitors to visit Booth 91, see live demos of available solutions, and consult with its team of experts regarding specific needs in the field.
